There’s something about thalis that just makes them so special. Perhaps it’s the fact that they’re usually served on a big, round platter, with all the different dishes neatly arranged around the edge. Another great thali was on the Shatabdi Express from Delhi to Jaipur. This one was a bit more simple but no less delicious. It had a couple of different kinds of dal, some delicious butter chicken, some roti, and some rice. I was in food heaven!<\/p>\n
